Utilize current topography blended with man-made swales (channels carved into the existing topography) to ensure surface water is directed away from a building or residence

Underground Downspouts

Divert water collected through onsite gutter systems to an underground network of PVC or corrugated tile pipes sloped away from the residence to one of the following:

- Daylight (pipe exits in a ditch)
- Pop-up Emitter
